We believe that setting the right tone at the beginning can make all the difference for the rest of the year. That's why we aim to host IntentionHaus™, a virtual year-in-review, reflection, intention-setting and goal-setting retreat, at the beginning of each year.
During this special one-day virtual retreat, we reflect on the previous year, assess our values and needs, restore our bodies, focus our minds, and kickstart the year with renewed intentions and aligned goals for living a good life and thriving in 2026.
Together, we’ll:
✅ Reflect on 2025 and say goodbye with gratitude
✅ Set meaningful intentions for the year ahead
✅ Create your I.C.E.-C.R.E.A.M. goals to guide you through the rest of the year
IntentionHaus™ 2026 will be held virtually on Saturday, January 31, 2026 from 9am -6pm EST:
- 9am - 12pm: Year in Review (2025)
- 12pm - 1pm: Break
- 1pm - 3pm: Setting Intentions (includes yoga & meditation)
- 3pm - 3:30pm: Break
- 3:30pm - 5:30pm : Crafting aligned goals
- 5:30 - 6pm: Closing circle
