Behind the Weal is our weekly newsletter, packed with practical advice, thoughtful insights, and high-quality resources to help you live a good life. Members get it delivered to their inbox every Sunday.
As February comes to a close, the energy of the new year has softened, routines have settling in, and real life has pretty much gone back to normal. This is often when consistency either deepens or quietly fades away. Which makes it the perfect time to talk about commitment, because it's the thread that ties intention to action.
This week at This Life is Good, we kick off Step 4 of the Reset & Realign Quest with the theme: Make a Commitment. This is our last week focussing on Commitment, Consistency, and Community — the second path of the Thrivers’ Way.
Next week marks the beginning of March when our focus shifts to Rejuvenation — the fifth path of the Thrivers’ Way — and its themes of rest, sleep, relaxation, and restoration.
As you move through this week, I invite you to remember that making a commitment doesn’t require certainty. It simply asks you to make an intentional choice — one you can revisit, refine, or renew. So go ahead and make a commitment to your health and well-being today!
Till next time,
Be well ❤️
