Sometimes, we just can't motivate ourselves to do something, even if we want to, even when we know the outcome will be good. But what if we didn't rely on motivation or will power to do the things we want and need to do? What if we simply made the choice to do something. What if we .... just did something — once, and then a 2nd time, and a 3rd time and on and on?

Resetting and realigning is a lot like love in all its forms. The feeling isn't constant — but to love is a choice, a verb, an action that we take over and over again. (Self) love is expressed in the millions of little actions we take to do the things that are good for us, even when we don't feel like it.

This week, we kick off Step 3 of the Reset & Realign Quest with the theme: Stay Consistent. Following your feedback (thank you!), we've redesigned the Quest to make it easier to follow.

As you move through the week, I invite you to remember that love is a verb, and that one of the greatest expressions of (self) love is to show up and do what's good for you over and over again — even when you don't feel like it.
